In San Francisco one of the famous things when you tour houses is to come across a half bathroom consisting of a small toilet room and if you are lucky with a tiny sink.

Next to it usually a"bathroom"with a bathtub, shower and sink but no toilet.

 

For this remodel  we took advantage of the sq footage of the 2 baths next to each other and converted them into two full bathrooms.

We kept the style of the house with Art deco tile from Spain and a black and white theme.
